I may be biased, but dare I say this is better than the traditional Cobb salad.

Ingredients
1 head Lettuce, chopped
1 handful Arugula
1/2 container Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Avocado, diced
3-4 Radishes
4 strips Bacon, chopped
1 Cobb Corn, kernels removed
2 Medium-hard boiled eggs, sliced
- Vinaigrette
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/8 cup Apple cider vinegar
1-2 cloves Garlic, grated
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Put the lettuce down first, then arrange the rest of the salad toppings around the bowl.
- Add all the vinaigrette ingredients to a jar and shake. Pour the vinaigrette on top of the salad.
