I may be biased, but dare I say this is better than the traditional Cobb salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 head 1 Lettuce, chopped

  • 1 handful 1 Arugula

  • 1/2 container 1/2 Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 1 Avocado, diced

  • 3-4 3-4 Radishes

  • 4 strips 4 Bacon, chopped

  • 1 Cobb 1 Corn, kernels removed

  • 2 2 Medium-hard boiled eggs, sliced

  • Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Olive oil

  • 1/8 cup 1/8 Apple cider vinegar

  • 1-2 cloves 1-2 Garlic, grated

  • 1 tsp 1 Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Put the lettuce down first, then arrange the rest of the salad toppings around the bowl.
  • Add all the vinaigrette ingredients to a jar and shake. Pour the vinaigrette on top of the salad.

I feel like caesars get a lot of the salad hype but I might like this cobb salad better
